TheraBand Resistance Band Elite

Designed for controlled, progressive training, the TheraBand Professional Latex Resistance Band Elite supports rehabilitation, strengthening and toning at the highest resistance level in the TheraBand range. Finished in gold, this professional band is made from high quality latex rubber and is suited to injury rehabilitation programmes where you need to work muscles and joints with greater control.

Lightweight and easy to transport in a handbag or sports bag, it’s a practical alternative to heavier free weights such as dumbbells. Supplied as a straight strip cut from a dispenser roll, it can also be knotted to form loops, making it adaptable for a wide variety of strengthening exercises. The band offers 14.2lb of resistance at 100% elongation and is designed to support improvements in flexibility and range of motion.
