Crama Ceptura Sangele Ursului (Bear's Blood) Red Wine

From Crama Ceptura in Ceptura village, Sangele Ursului is a late-harvest red wine from the Dealu Mare vineyard area in Muntenia. Made from Merlot and bottled at 12.5% ABV, it offers a youthful style with bright red fruit character and a sweeter profile created by the late-harvest grapes.

Although fuller and sweeter than a typical red, it remains medium-dry rather than a dessert wine. Its resemblance to Port in style, paired with a lower alcoholic content and refreshing red fruit flavour, makes it well suited to serving with fine cheese or desserts.
