What happens on the day

On arrival, you’ll be greeted by a member of the team at the Gordon Ramsay restaurant and shown to your prebooked table. You’ll then be served three courses from the seasonal set menu. Each dish is prepared by an experienced chef at the establishment using fresh produce and quality ingredients.

• Menus use seasonal ingredients and may be subject to change
• A discretionary 15% service charge will be applied to your experience on the day

Availability

• Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
• The experience is available Monday to Friday, 11:30 to 18:00 (11. 30 to 17. 00 during December), depending on your chosen restaurant and subject to availability
• For current opening times and availability please check the restaurant website – please note days of the week and lunch/dinner availability will vary with each venue, and are subject to change
• Please note this experience is not available on key seasonal dates. These include Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Easter Bank Holiday Weekend and Father's Day
• November & December bookings – redemptions in November and December may be subject to a festive supplement which will be payable on the day. The amount paid on the day will be the difference in price between the regular and festive version of the set menu per person – please check at the time of booking
• We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability
• Please allow up to 1 hour 30 minutes for the full experience
