When you arrive at The Shard, you’ll make your way to Aqua Shard on level 31, where the team will welcome you and show you to your table overlooking London. You’ll then be presented with the three-course Sunset Menu, created to showcase British flavours with an inventive twist. During the experience, you’ll enjoy starters, mains and a signature dessert as the city moves from day to dusk. Alternative menu options are available on request.
