What happens on the day

When you arrive at YO! Sushi School, you’ll be welcomed with a glass of Prosecco, beer or a soft drink. You’ll learn about the history of sushi and explore fresh ingredients with expert guidance. Before you start rolling, you’ll practise essential knife skills and fish preparation.

Then, you’ll begin making your own creations. The class lasts around two hours, and at the end you can eat your creations or take them home. You’ll also receive a completion certificate to mark the experience.
