What happens on the day

Boarding begins promptly 15 minutes before departure. On arrival, you’ll be greeted by the crew and shown to your private table aboard The Georgian.

Departing from Maidenhead, the cruise follows the River Thames past lush landscapes, riverside homes and historic landmarks. During the journey, a multi-course lunch featuring fresh, locally sourced dishes is served at a relaxed pace. You can take in the views from the large windows or step outside to the open deck for a closer look at the river. The crew remains on hand throughout the cruise, and the experience concludes back at the Maidenhead embarkation point.

Participant guidelines

• There is no disabled access or facilities on board
• There are 12 steps down to the water and 4 more up onto the vessel, depending on the river level at the time. Once on the boat, there are 4 more down into the dining area or 7 more up to the viewing deck
