This city experience begins with a high-speed lift journey from Level 1 to Level 68 in 60 seconds, before opening onto panoramic views across the capital from the Level 69 observation deck. There is also access to the open-air sky deck on Level 72, where you can look out over London’s skyline and spot well-known landmarks from one of the highest viewing platforms in the city. What happens on the day

Please note you must pre-book your experience. Your ticket is dated and timed for your arrival, but you can enjoy the Shard at your leisure with no time restriction on your visit. You will take the elevator up to the indoor viewing platform on Level 69 and, if you choose, continue up to Level 72 for the open-air platform. As part of this package, you will also receive a glass of Champagne or cocktail each.
