Made in the UK by Wild Root, this spicy beetroot kraut is prepared using traditional sauerkraut fermentation methods. Locally grown beetroot is combined with red chilli to create a bold, earthy ferment with gentle heat, alongside sweet depth, fresh acidity and a warming finish.
Naturally fermented, raw and unpasteurised, it is a small batch kraut with plenty of crunch. It works well layered into toasties, spooned over stews or served as part of a grazing plate.
