Rooted in a 500-year rakı tradition, Yeni Rakı Yeni Seri is a Turkish aniseed-flavoured spirit bottled at 45% ABV. Officially launched in 2009, it is produced from suma, the ethanol obtained by fermenting grape juice with yeast and then distilling it, before redistillation with Turkish-grown aniseed in traditional copper alembics.

Aniseed is central to its character, giving rakı its distinctive taste. This style suits serving alongside cold and herby mezzes, a classic pairing that complements its delicate flavour profile.
