From Crama DeMatei in Muntenia, Rosturi Feteasca Alba & Feteasca Regala is a dry Romanian white wine with 13% ABV. Made from Feteasca Regala and Feteasca Alba, it is vinified in stainless steel tanks with cool fermentation to preserve freshness and aromatic lift.

The style is bright and poised, with a pale yellow colour and lemon hues. Floral notes of acacia, elderflower and linden blossom lead on the nose, while the palate brings apples, grapefruits and peaches with a fresh, well-structured character and a zippy finish. It suits lightly dressed salads, sushi, sashimi and seafood, and is best served well chilled.
