Cramele Recas Muse Day Vegan White Wine

From Cramele Recas, Muse Day is a white wine from Banat made with Feteasca Regala and Muscat Ottonel. Medium-dry in style and 12.5% ABV, it is shaped for warm-weather drinking, with a light body, bright freshness and refreshing acidity.

Night-harvested grapes are fermented at a controlled temperature, with oxygen contact kept to a minimum and no oak influence. That approach preserves the purity of the fruit, giving an intense floral nose with rose and jasmine, followed by apricot, pear and melon. The palate is semi-dry and clean, with a slightly minty aftertaste. Suitable for vegans, it pairs well with cold appetisers, burrata, green asparagus, fish sashimi, seafood a la plancha, summer salads and fruit ice cream.
