Doluca Sarafin Turkish Shiraz (750ml - 15%)

From Doluca, Sarafin Shiraz is a Turkish red wine from the Saros Region of Anatolia. Made from Shiraz and bottled at 15% ABV, it brings the variety’s hallmark power, ripe fruit and long finish in a rounded, approachable style.

Long maceration gives the wine structure and depth, followed by 12 months in a combination of French oak from Seguin Moreau and American oak from Demptos. Under ideal storage conditions, it will age for 6–7 years from the vintage. International recognition includes Gold Medals at Challenge International du Vin in 2020 and 2023, and at Mundus Vini in 2020.
