Domeniile Averesti Nativus Zghihara de Averesti White Wine

From Domeniile Averesti in Moldova, Nativus Zghihara de Averesti is a dry white wine made from Zghihara de Husi, bottled at 12% ABV. It reflects the Averesti terroir through a carefully handled vinification, with grapes harvested in the morning, gently pressed at low pressure, and the must settled by gravity at cold before fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

The young wine is kept on fine lees until March to build extra structure and volume. In the glass, it shows discreet aromas of green apples, limes and gooseberries. Its dry style and fresh profile make it a natural partner for fish and seafood dishes, best served at 8-10°C.
