From Pamukkale, Senfoni Öküzgözü Shiraz is a dry red wine from Turkey made with Öküzgözü and Shiraz. Bottled at 13.5% ABV, it is produced from grapes harvested in the early morning from selected parcels, with 10 days of maceration in cooled concrete tanks followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel.

The wine is aged for nine months, with blending after six months to bring balance and harmony. In the glass, it shows a medium ruby colour, with red and black fruit character, subtle spice, a structured yet rounded palate, light tannins, and a fruity, spicy finish. Its style makes it well suited to the table, particularly with beef, lamb, kebabs, Asian dishes, pasta, and pizza.
