Fixaball 10mm Spring Tension Pin Slotted Coiled Roll Steel Heavy Metric

For securing aligned machine components, this Fixaball spring tension pin is a 10mm slotted steel fastener in a heavy type specification. Manufactured to DIN1481 and ISO 8752, it suits mechanical assemblies where a self-retaining pin is required.

The body diameter is larger than the hole diameter, with a chamfer on one or both ends to help start the pin into place. As it is driven into the hole, the pin compresses to match the hole diameter, and the radial force against the hole wall holds it in position. It is intended for double shear applications.
