For securing aligned machine components, this Fixaball slotted spring pin is supplied in 8mm diameter A1 stainless steel and produced in a heavy type format. It is manufactured to ISO 8752 and DIN 1481.
The slotted body compresses as the pin is driven into place, creating radial force against the hole wall for a self-retaining fit. A chamfered end assists insertion, and the pin is suitable for double shear applications.
