Fixaball 6mm Spring Tension Pin Slotted Coiled Roll Steel Heavy Metric

For securing aligned machine components, this Fixaball slotted spring pin is a 6mm steel tension pin in a heavy type specification. It is manufactured to DIN1481 and ISO 8752, with a slotted body that compresses during installation and remains self-retaining once fitted in the hole.

Also referred to as a roll pin, it is suited to double shear applications. A chamfered end assists with starting the pin into place, while the larger body diameter relative to the hole creates radial force against the hole wall for retention.
