Fixaball Chemical Anchor Resin Studs Galvanised Steel JCP

For resin and capsule fixing applications, these JCP J-Fix chemical anchor studs are manufactured from 5.8 grade galvanised steel and feature a chisel tip. The range covers M8, M10, M12, M16, M20 and M24 sizes, with ETA approval stated for the J-Fix studs.

Suitable for structural and industrial fixing work, they are approved for use with capsules and injection resin. Named applications include guard rails, silo installations, staircases, steel consoles, masts, skirting protection, anchoring heavy machines, façades and steelwork constructions.

Care and maintenance

• Clean the hole with the correct sized brush and blow out dust before installation.

Safety information

• Check that the substrate is stable before fixing.
• Use the chart to select the correct drill bit.
• Mark out the hole locations before drilling.
• Drill holes to a minimum depth of the anchor length - maximum fixture thickness + 10mm.
• Drill the hole square.
• Use a suitable chemical resin.
• Turn the stud gently as it is inserted, positioning it around 10mm from the bottom of the hole.
• Missing installation details will impair the performance of the stud, potentially making it unsafe.
