Organic and biodynamic farming underpins the estate’s approach, while maturation for 16 to 20 months brings structure and refinement. Ageing takes place across 50% new French oak barrels, 30% one-year-old French oak, and the remaining 20% in egg-shaped concrete vessels and amphoras, giving the wine depth while preserving its Saint-Émilion character.
