From Nicolis Ambrosan, Amarone della Valpolicella DOC Classico 2011 is a classic Italian red wine with a rich, bold and complex character. Crafted from a blend of local grape varieties including Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara, the grapes are carefully harvested by hand before being dried on trays for several months to intensify flavour and aroma. Ageing in oak barrels adds further depth, creating a layered bouquet with notes of cherry, chocolate and spice, alongside a deep ruby colour.

Full-bodied and expressive, it suits the table when you are serving richer dishes, pairing particularly well with beef stews, roasted meats and aged cheeses. For the best experience, serve slightly chilled at around 18°C.
