Built for straightforward setup and rewarding nights under the stars, the Sky-Watcher Starquest 1145P is a Newtonian reflector telescope with a 114mm aperture, 500mm focal length and fast f/4. 4 optical system on a manual German equatorial mount. Its lightweight, grab-and-go format pairs Sky-Watcher’s parabolic mirror optics with the Starquest mount, creating a capable all-round telescope for observing the Moon, bright planets, nebulae, galaxies and star clusters.

The 114mm parabolic primary mirror sits in a fully collimatable mirror cell and is matched with secondary mirrors carrying Radiant Aluminium Quartz coating for up to 94% reflectivity. Sky-Watcher’s standard multi-coated silicon dioxide mirror protection is included for durability and long-term optical performance. The equatorial mount uses a clutch system, precision 122 gear-tooth/360 gearing on both axes and slow-motion control cables on the RA and DEC axes, and it is supplied with an adjustable aluminium tripod, accessory tray, counterweight bar and counterweight. A red dot finder, 10mm and 20mm eyepieces, and a universal smartphone adaptor complete the package.
