What happens on the day

On arrival, you’ll be warmly welcomed and meet the team, who will introduce you to the cats. The session begins with 40 minutes of yoga, followed by 20 minutes of pure play time.

Participant guidelines

• Minimum age is 8 years old. Must be accompanied by an adult
• If multiple children, 1 adult per 2 children must attend and participate.
• Minor injuries such as recovering knee injuries, sprained ankle etc must be spoken about with the yoga instructor upon arrival in order to discuss alternate movement.
• Major injuries such as limbs in casts, crutches, head injuries etc is advised not to attend.
• First and second trimester pregnancies are accepted only - not third trimester.
