A carefully judged oak selection adds structure while allowing the wine’s character to remain in focus, creating a composed, layered style suited to considered drinking and special occasions.

Sourced from old vines with an average age of 80 years, this Shiraz blends fruit from two renowned regions: 67% Barossa Valley and 33% Eden Valley. Barossa Valley fruit brings richness, density and concentration, while Eden Valley Shiraz contributes exotic aromatics and a seamless palate structure.

Maturation takes place over 22 months, using a mix of oak formats and ages. The wine spends time in 28% new French oak barriques and hogsheads, balanced with 1-year-and-older American octaves, alongside French barriques and hogsheads.
