From Bestue, Se Sacudia Las Abarcas Syrah 2022 is a red wine made from 100% Syrah. The 2022 growing season combined a cold, wet spring with a very hot, dry summer, followed by a carefully controlled harvest to achieve optimal sugar and phenolic concentration.

Deep cherry red with violet rims, it opens with intense aromas of currant and balsamic notes, layered with subtle vanilla and cocoa from 12 months in American oak. The palate is sweet-toned and medium-bodied, with velvety tannins and a long, pleasant finish. Night harvesting at around 10ºC, pre-fermentation cold maceration, and barrel malolactic fermentation shape a wine with clear fruit expression and polished structure. It suits grilled or baked meats, hearty stews including legumes, and cured cheeses.
