Fixaball 4mm Spring Tension Pin Stainless Coiled Roll Slotted Heavy

For mechanical fastening where a self-retaining pin is required, this Fixaball slotted spring pin is supplied in 4mm diameter A1 stainless steel and made to a heavy type specification. It is suitable for securing the position of two or more machine parts relative to each other in double shear applications.

The pin has a body diameter larger than the hole diameter, with a chamfer on one or both ends to help start insertion. As it is driven into place, the spring action allows it to compress to the hole diameter, while radial force against the hole wall retains it in position.
