For securing aligned machine components, this Fixaball slotted spring pin is supplied in 5mm steel and made to DIN 1481. It is a light type tension pin with a slotted body that compresses as it is driven into the hole, creating a self-retaining fit through radial force against the hole wall.
Chamfered ends assist with insertion, and the pin is suited to double shear applications. Multiple length options are available to match different assembly requirements.
