Fixaball M6 Throughbolts A4 Stainless Steel Masonry Anchor ETA Option 7

For masonry and non-cracked concrete fixings, the Fixaball M6 throughbolt provides a heavy duty expansion anchor in A4/316 stainless steel. It is suitable for non-cracked concrete, masonry including brick and blocks, and non-porous stone, with use in concrete over C20/25 strength.

This torque controlled anchor is intended for through fixing, with the hole diameter matching the bolt diameter so the fixing can be passed through the fixture once positioned. ETA Option 7 approval supports use in non-cracked concrete applications, including installations where close edge distances or close anchor spacing are required.

Safety information

• Check the concrete strength, grade and edge distance before installation to ensure the substrate is suitable.
• Use only in compact, crack-free concrete.
• Minimum installation depth, anchor-to-anchor distances and anchor-to-edge distances must always be respected.
• Drill to the specified minimum depth and diameter, perpendicular to the base material surface.
• Take care when drilling near reinforcement areas to avoid damage.
• Clean holes thoroughly to remove dust and debris with a suitably sized brush.
• When temperature is below 0ºC, ensure water does not seep into the hole.
• Insert the anchor through the material to be fixed up to the embedment depth according to the stated values.
• Do not apply any intermediate layer between the material to be fixed and the washer, including sealing products.
• Apply the specified torque with a torque wrench.
• If the holes in the material to be fixed are larger than required, a thicker washer of bigger diameter is necessary.
