For heavy-duty fixing into non-cracked concrete, masonry and non-porous stone, the Fixaball M12 throughbolt anchor is supplied in a zinc finish and available in a choice of lengths. This expansion masonry anchor passes through the fixture once it has been positioned, as the hole diameter matches the fixing diameter.
It is suitable for reduced embedment where contact with rebars or reinforcement cages needs to be avoided. The cold formed body provides consistent dimensional accuracy and material stability.

Safety information
- Check the concrete strength before installation to ensure its class and standard are suitable.
- The concrete base must be compact with insignificant porosity.
- Minimum installation depth values must always be respected for anchor depth, anchor-to-anchor distances and anchor-to-edge distances.
- Drill perpendicular to the base material surface, observing the specified minimum depth and diameter.
- Take special care when drilling near reinforcement areas to avoid damage.
- Clean holes thoroughly to remove dust and debris with a suitably sized brush.
- When temperature is below 0ºC, ensure water does not seep into the hole, as ice pressure could cause cracks in the concrete.
- Insert the anchor through the material to be fixed up to the embedment depth according to the table values.
- Do not apply any intermediate layer between the material to be fixed and the washer, including sealing products.
- Apply the specified torque with a torque wrench.
- If the holes on the material to be fixed are larger than required, a thicker washer of bigger diameter is necessary.
