From Louis Latour, Saint-Véran Les Deux Moulins 2022 is a white wine from vineyards in the far south of the Mâconnais, where Saint-Véran forms a belt around Pouilly-Fuissé. Jurassic chalk soils and an ideal exposure help deliver high-quality fruit, shaping a style noted for freshness and concentration.

Named after the two watermills that straddle the La Petite Grosne river, this cuvée is fermented in stainless steel to preserve the fruit’s character. A slow, cool fermentation supports the wine’s rich, concentrated flavours while maintaining lift and clarity.
