Tamiya US Navy Battleship BB-63 Missouri (1:700 Scale)

Commissioned in June 1944, the USS Missouri (BB-63) is one of the famed Iowa Class battleships of the U.S. Navy, remembered for the signing of Japan’s unconditional surrender on 2 September 1945. This Tamiya plastic assembly kit recreates the long, narrow lines of the ship at 1/700 scale, with careful attention given to the hull form, superstructure and mast detailing.

Built for adult constructors, the model includes sharply rendered armament parts and aircraft to complete the deck scene. The hull is moulded in two halves to capture fine surface detail, while the main turrets are engineered to rotate after completion via polycap.
