Made in Devon from fermentation through to distillation and spicing, Two Drifters Lightly Spiced Rum is a pot still rum crafted from 100% cane molasses. At 40% ABV, it offers a dry, warming and aromatic style, with the rum kept firmly at the centre of the profile.

Carefully judged spicing brings layers of vanilla, chai, toffee apple and cacao, followed by subtler notes of liquorice, toasted sugar, honey and soft chocolate. Waste cacao husks are used for natural colour and added depth, while a gentle aniseed character keeps the finish neat and lifted. It suits long serves with ginger ale as well as classic rum cocktails where the base spirit remains clearly defined.
