Planteray Stiggins' Fancy Pineapple Rum 70cl 40% ABV

Planteray brings a more layered approach to flavoured rum with Stiggins' Fancy Pineapple Rum, a pineapple-infused blend bottled at 40% ABV. Built to keep the rum character in focus, it is made using Victoria pineapples in a two-part process: the rind is infused and redistilled in Planteray 3 Stars rum, while the fruit is steeped in Original Dark rum before blending.

The result is a spirit with clear pineapple character and added depth, rather than simple sweetness. Ripe pineapple leads, followed by tropical fruit, citrus peel and a touch of clove. On the palate, banana, pineapple and spice are joined by a gentle smoky note, giving the finish a neat, balanced feel. It works particularly well in a Daiquiri, Mai Tai or other rum-forward serves.
