Planteray Cut & Dry Coconut Rum 70cl 40% ABV

From Barbados, Planteray Cut & Dry is a coconut rum made with 100% Barbadian rum distilled at Stade’s West Indies Rum Distillery. Ripe coconuts are cut, dried under the Caribbean sun and infused into the rum, then blended with Barbados rum aged up to 3 years for a style with clear coconut character and added structure.

At 40% ABV, this is well suited to measured sipping and also works particularly well in a Piña Colada or other coconut-forward serves. The profile is distinctly tropical, with layered spice, fruit and herbal notes alongside the coconut core.

Nose

Coconut pulp, vanilla, cinnamon and a hint of sesame oil

Palate

Coconut milk, banana, green ginger, soft molasses and fresh herbal notes

Finish

Long finish with coconut, pepper and vanilla

Serving suggestion

Suitable for measured sipping or mixing in a Piña Colada and other coconut-forward serves.
