Made at Rum Co. of Fiji, Planteray Isle of Fiji is a double-aged rum bottled at 40% ABV. Produced from local sugarcane molasses, it spends around two to three years maturing in bourbon casks in Fiji before a further year in Ferrand casks in south-west France, a process that brings structure and refinement while retaining its distinct Fijian character.

The style is rounded and fruit-led, with enough depth for sipping neat and the balance to suit classic rum serves. Tropical fruit, soft spice and a subtle smoky edge give it a composed, polished profile without excessive sweetness.
