Vanguard VEO ACTIVE 49 Trekking Backpack - Grey

Built for longer days with a heavier kit, the Vanguard VEO Active 49 is a 35 litre trekking backpack in grey with a removable camera insert that converts it from a dedicated photographic pack to a more general day bag. This Vanguard model accommodates a Pro DSLR or Pro mirrorless camera, 5–6 lenses, accessories, a 15-inch laptop and a 10-inch tablet, with rear access to the camera section for secure, practical handling on the move.

The removable inner bag can be configured for a range of equipment and its top lid folds back and tucks behind the insert for easier access when needed. A daypack-style top compartment adds space for personal items or additional kit, while tripod carry options on the rear and side support different setups. The backpack also includes a USB interface port for charging a camera or smartphone from a separately carried power bank, and its weather-resistant construction combines 840D nylon, waterproof zips and a seam-sealed rain cover. For carrying comfort over distance, it uses a reinforced aluminium frame, an ergonomic harness system, padded back with airflow, a cushioned waist belt and an adjustable chest strap.
