From one of Turkey’s longest-established wineries, Doluca Sarafin Cabernet Sauvignon is a Turkish red wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and bottled at 14.5% ABV. Cooling summer breezes from Saros Bay allow a relatively late harvest, helping the fruit develop fully and express its terroir with clarity.

Cabernet Sauvignon originates from Bordeaux, and here its naturally firm tannins are softened by 14 months in 225-litre French oak barrels. Doluca has been producing wine for more than 90 years, with a longstanding focus on quality and characterful winemaking.
