Drawn from Guyana’s Demerara tradition, El Dorado 15 Year Old is an aged rum matured in old bourbon oak casks and bottled at 43% ABV. Produced from marques distilled on four historic stills, it brings together wooden and metal still character for a style with depth, structure and a polished finish.

This 70cl bottle has a moderately full-bodied profile with richness balanced by lift and definition. Layers of dark coffee, candied orange, almonds, dark chocolate, pepper and vanilla lead into grilled tropical fruit and smooth oaky spice, making it a composed choice for slow sipping.
