Goru EGO Goru 38 Barrels 2020

From Ego Bodegas, Gorú EGO Gorú 38 Barrels 2020 is a limited-production red wine made from selected Monastrell, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Macerated for 20–30 days, it is then aged for 10 months in French and American oak, creating a style that balances fruit character with a more structured profile.

On the palate, delicate black fruit is complemented by smokey notes. The finish is described as structured and subtle, with sweet tannins that lend elegance to the wine’s fruity intensity.

Ego Bodegas is a boutique winery founded around three concepts: Ego, Talento and Infinito. The Gorú image references a local character who lived as a hermit.
