Kayra Buzbag Okuzgozu Bogazkere (750ml - 12.5%)

From one of Turkey’s most established wineries, Kayra Buzbağ Öküzgözü-Boğazkere is a dry red wine made at the producer’s Elazığ facilities. Bottled at 12.5% ABV, it brings together two indigenous Anatolian grape varieties: Öküzgözü from Elazığ and Boğazkere from Diyarbakır.

This limited-production blend combines the fruity, finely spiced character and structure of Öküzgözü with the firm tannins and richness of Boğazkere. The result is a balanced expression of Eastern Anatolia, well suited to the table and particularly fitting alongside grilled meats, Turkish kebabs, and traditional dishes.

About the producer

Founded in 1942, Kayra is one of Turkey’s established wineries, producing wines from indigenous and international varietals. A second facility was established in Şarköy in 1996, continuing the winery’s connection to Anatolia’s winemaking traditions.
