Crafted using Masi’s expertise in the Appassimento technique, the grapes are given a long period of further ripening on bamboo racks before the wine is aged for at least three years in casks made from the finest wood types.

Indigenous grapes from the Valpolicella Classica area form the core of the blend, with Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara joined by Oseleta, a variety rediscovered by Masi. The result is an exuberant, majestic Amarone designed for unhurried enjoyment, whether poured at the table or served as a fine after-dinner drink.
