During your visit, each guest can choose one treatment from a Swedish Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage, Lava Shell Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage, Bamboo Deep Tissue Back Massage, or an Elemis Tailored Facial Express. Full use of the swimming pool, sauna and steam room is included, along with a Divine eye mask to use during your treatment or take home. A £10 voucher per person is also provided, redeemable towards spa products with a minimum £40 spend.

What happens on the day

On arrival at your chosen Bannatyne Spa, you’ll be welcomed by the staff. From there, enjoy access to the club’s facilities including the swimming pool, sauna and steam room. During your visit, you can enjoy 25 minutes’ worth of pamper treatments.

Participant guidelines

• Minimum age: 18
• Participants should be of reasonable health and fitness to enjoy all the facilities on offer (you will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire, which will be emailed to you 3 days prior to your booking, before you can take your experience and you may not be able to take certain treatments or use some of the facilities if you have certain medical conditions, alternatively you may be required to obtain a medical certificate)
• If any guest has a medical condition, allergies or has had any medical treatments (including surgery) within the last six months please refer here

Please note

• Spa bag hire charges vary by location, starting from £10 per person. This fee includes a robe, towel, flip-flops, and bag. The flip-flops and bag are yours to keep at the end of your spa day. This fee is non-refundable.
• Additionally, a refundable deposit is required for any spa bag provided, starting from £10 per person. This deposit will be refunded upon the return of the robe and towel at the end of your spa day.
• Alternatively, guests may bring their own robe, towel, and footwear.
• Please note, the treatment length specified includes collection from and to the waiting area, a consultation, undress/redress (where applicable) and 'hands-on' treatment time.
• Cancellation policy: 48 hours amendment policy
• Bannatyne operate a cashless payment system, so please take a debit/credit card or contactless payment device to make any purchases on the day.

• Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
• This experience is available to book seven days a week throughout the year. Date exclusions may apply.
• We recommend you book at least eight weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
• Please allow 4 hours for the whole experience, the actual length of the treatments may vary slightly. Please check with the supplier at the time of booking.
• Please note: treatment time includes collection from and to the waiting area, a consultation, undress/redress (where applicable) and 'hands-on' treatment time.
