On arrival, you’ll be welcomed by the team and given access to Chester Zoo. Spend the day discovering over 37,000 animals and exploring more than 128 acres of gardens. Highlights include a pair of endangered snow leopards, the immersive Native: The Incredible World of British Wildlife exhibition, the dense jungles of South East Asia and the Monsoon Forest. The day is yours to enjoy as you wish.

Participant guidelines

• No minimum age (Children aged under 14 must be accompanied by an adult aged over 18)
• Fully accessible visitor attraction so visitors with wheelchairs, mobility scooters and limited mobility can relax and enjoy their day

Availability

• Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
• This experience is available seven days a week, throughout the year. Exclusions include Christmas Day & Boxing Day
• We recommend you book at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability
• Chester Zoo opens daily at 10am, closing time varies from 3.30pm to 6pm depending on the day of your visit. Please allow a whole day for the full experience
