What happens on the day

Please arrive 30 minutes before your treatment to allow time for the check to check you in. On arrival, you’ll be welcomed and provided consultation forms to fill out. The team will provide a bath robe, towel and slippers.

You’ll be directed to the spa and the changing rooms, where you’ll find lockers, showers, toilets, hair dryers and a straightener. Enjoy four hours’ access to the state-of-the-art facilities as well as complimentary refreshments and snacks. The package includes a Rena Cocktail each, which is served at the hotel bar at your desired time.
