What happens on the day

The tour begins at the south of the stadium, where you will be greeted by your professional tour guide for a 75 minute tour of the Etihad Stadium, with insights and anecdotes throughout.

Your behind-the-scenes visit includes an exclusive look at the home team dressing room, where you can take a selfie with your favourite player’s shirt, followed by an immersive audio-visual show offering an insight into what happens there on matchdays. You will then walk down the glass players’ tunnel to the sound of the Etihad Stadium crowd and see the stadium from Pep’s-eye view, with the chance to sit in the manager’s seat in the dugouts.

The tour also includes the opportunity to walk through the Tunnel Club hospitality suite, before posing for a photo and fielding questions with a virtual Pep Guardiola in the press conference room. Tour guests also receive a 10% discount at the City Store against full price purchases.

Participant guidelines

• Minimum age: 16
• You may use your voucher for one adult and one child, if you wish. Under 16s must be accompanied at all times
• The tour is fully accessible for disabled visitors, with lifts to all the areas on the tour. If you require any special arrangements, please discuss this with the supplier at the time of booking

Availability

• Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue
• Tours run Monday to Saturday 10:00-16:00, Sunday and Bank Holidays 10:00-15:30. Tours have limited availability on training and match days and are subject to fixtures and events
• We recommend you book at least six to eight weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. Tour dates are released approximately three months in advance. Dates cannot generally be booked further ahead due to the changeable nature of the fixture list
• Please allow approximately 1 hour 15 minutes for the tour (please arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to the tour start time)
