What happens on the day

Upon arrival at your chosen LUSH Spa, you’ll be greeted by your therapist and shown to a room. After time to settle in, your therapist will work on the areas of tension in your body using trigger-pointing techniques. The treatment ends with warm tea and ship's biscuits.

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Participants in their 2nd and 3rd trimester of pregnancy can get their legs, arms, neck and chest massaged
