After meeting your blacksmith guide, you can draw inspiration from the creative ideas board and the work displayed in the showroom before preparing for your session at the forge. What happens on the day

Upon arrival at The Oldfield Forge, you’ll be welcomed by one of the resident blacksmiths before taking a tour of the showroom and learning more about how a working forge operates.

Your blacksmith will then help you forge your very own bespoke piece, which you’ll be able to take home at the end of your session.

Participant guidelines

• Minimum Age: 18
• The Oldfield Forge require a health & safety form to be completed by all participants attending the forging experiences. This form will be sent to you upon confirmation of your booking with all the details you will require for the day

Availability

• Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue
• Available 7 days a week, with sessions twice daily. Weekends are popular, so please book in advance to avoid disappointment
• We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability
• The experience lasts approximately 5 hours. Please arrive at the forge at least 10 minutes prior to your booking time - this allows time to introduce you to your blacksmith and run through the health & safety requirements
