From the Alexandrion Saber 1789 Distillery near the Carpathian Mountains, Alexandrion Carpathian Pinot Noir Single Malt Whisky is a Romanian single malt matured exclusively in Romanian Pinot Noir barrels from Alexandrion’s own winery. Produced from 100% malted barley grown in Romania and sub-Carpathian water, it is distilled, matured and bottled in Romania.

This small batch release is chill-filtered and bottled at 40% ABV. The cask maturation brings a rounded, fruit-led profile with notes of honey, raisin, red grape and raspberry, supported by oak spice and a long, oily finish. It suits slow sipping, particularly for those interested in distinctive single malt styles and cask-led character.
