From Guyana, El Dorado 12 Year Old Demerara Rum is an aged rum bottled at 40% ABV. Blended from specially selected rums, with the youngest matured for at least 12 years, it draws on spirit from the Enmore and Diamond Coffey stills and the Port Mourant double wooden pot still.

Old bourbon oak casks bring structure and warmth while allowing the rum’s fruit character to remain clear. Full-bodied and composed, it suits slow sipping neat or over ice, and also brings depth to classic serves such as an Old Fashioned or Mai Tai.
