El Dorado 12 Year Old is an aged Demerara rum with real depth but a polished, easy rhythm in the glass. It is blended from specially selected rums, with the youngest aged for at least 12 years, drawing on spirit from the Enmore and Diamond Coffey stills and the Port Mourant double wooden pot still. Old bourbon oak casks bring structure and warmth without burying the rum’s fruit.

Flavour profile

You get lush tropical fruit and spice on the nose, with hints of honey and dark sugar, followed by a mellow, full-bodied palate packed with fruit and spice. The finish lands elegant and dry rather than overly sweet, which makes this a strong choice if you want an aged rum that stays balanced and composed.
