There are 15,000 animals to see across multiple exhibits including the Land of the Lions, Monkey Valley, Tiger Territory, Penguin Beach, Gorilla Kingdom and more.

Participant guidelines

• Minimum age for an adult: 16
• A child is age 3-15 years
• Under 3s go free but still require a ticket to be booked in advance. Please include details of any under 3s in your booking request email.
• The zoo is accessible for wheelchair users or those with walking difficulties. Please note: no dogs, bicycles, scooters, rollerskates, rollerblades or skateboards are allowed on zoo premises. Please call before your visit if you require further details

Availability

• Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
• The zoo is open seven days a week, all year round, excluding Christmas Day. Please check the direct website for any closure information.
• Dates are subject to availability. Supporter Contact at London Zoo will make your booking as soon as possible but it could take up to 14 days during busy periods, please allow for this when you email to book.
• You should allow a whole day for your visit. Last admission is 1 hour before the advertised closing time.
