Celestron StarSense Autoguider V2

For a cleaner, more streamlined route into guided imaging, the Celestron StarSense Autoguider V2 brings auto-alignment, precise GoTo and autoguiding together in one telescope accessory. Built for use with compatible Celestron mounts, it combines a 28mm aperture with a 120mm focal length and completes automatic alignment in around 3 minutes without requiring a separate autoguiding camera, guidescope or computer.

Its 4-element optical design works with a Sony IMX462-DLL monochrome CMOS image sensor and an inbuilt microprocessor to support accurate tracking for long-exposure astrophotography. Assisted polar alignment is included for users who want a more refined setup, while control is available through the SkyPortal Powered by SkySafari app on WiFi-capable mounts, the NexStar+ hand control and CPWI telescope control PC software. A threaded dew shield is also supplied to reduce stray light and help limit dew build-up on the objective lens.
